Allagiulia offers a free EXCHANGE service in case an item needs to be changed due to the wrong size. This service is not available for personalized M.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. and/or made-to-order items, CREA LA TUA FRIU’®, and LAST CHANCE products.

The return is at the customer’s expense and must be requested within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to shop@allagiulia.it
, indicating the order number and the item to be returned. Personalized M.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. and/or made-to-order CREA LA TUA FRIU’® items are excluded from the return policy.

The shipping status can be tracked at any time using the tracking number sent via email directly from the courier handling the shipment.

Personalized items are shipped within 30 days from order confirmation. For these products, returns are not allowed, except for items that do not conform to the model selected during personalization.
