Allagiulia offers a free EXCHANGE service in case an item needs to be changed due to the wrong size. This service is not available for personalized M.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. and/or made-to-order items, CREA LA TUA FRIU’®, and LAST CHANCE products.

The return is at the customer’s expense and must be requested within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to shop@allagiulia.it

The shipping status can be tracked at any time using the tracking number sent via email directly from the courier handling the shipment.
