Terms and Conditions
If you wish to EXCHANGE an item due to an incorrect size, allagiulia offers a free exchange service with GLS courier for purchases made within Italy. Please send an email to shop@allagiulia.it
with the subject line “exchange request order no.” within 14 days of receiving your order. Items on PROMOTION (LAST CHANCE, SALE, PROMOTIONAL CODES, and other discounted products) are not eligible for the free exchange service and the cost is borne by the customer. Exchanges are not allowed for non-sized or personalized items.

If you wish to RETURN an item, the return request must be made by email to shop@allagiulia.it , including your details, the item you wish to return, and the order reference number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the package must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order to the following address: ALLAGIULIA, via Borgognona 7, 00187 Rome. Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact, unused, and with all original tags attached. All shoes must be tried on a clean surface, and the soles must show no signs of wear. We will process the refund within 15 days after verifying the returned items. Returns cannot be accepted if the items are damaged. Used, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without a refund. Returns are not allowed for non-sized items, combined products, or personalized items.

Shipping Information
Shipping is available worldwide through our selected couriers; delivery times vary depending on the destination. In Italy, standard delivery costs €10 and takes between 2 to 5 business days. Orders with personalization may require up to 7 business days for production. For more information on international delivery times, please contact shop@allagiulia.it

Orders are shipped once payment has been received. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return, these charges will not be refunded by allagiulia.
